Place random (2-dimensional) colors at each Voronoi cell, then apply relaxation technique for a while to get smoothly varying colors. Place some cuts in the network, which means that colors with change discontinuously across the cuts. In some cases make the voro-cells rounder via a different relaxation process. In some cases draw a disk instead of the voro-cells.
