Small circles placed at random, then expanded until they are tangent to three other circles. Except that sometimes we settle for tangent to one other circle. If the resulting expanded circle is smaller than a minimum cut-off, it is discarded. This minimum cut-off sometimes varies according to location on the canvas. The color of the circle varies according to the size of the circle.
